Over 24 years, she has evolved from running a computer training centre to leading complex transformation advisory engagements across corporates, government, NGOs and development institutions across South Africa.
Her philosophy — that transformation must be practical, structured and accountable — is the foundation of every engagement Babhekile undertakes.
Mbali specialises in designing and facilitating structured skills development programmes that build real workplace capability. She works closely with organisations to identify skills gaps, align learning to SETA frameworks, and ensure every programme delivers measurable outcomes for South African workforces.
Simesihle drives Babhekile's digital presence and stakeholder engagement through technology-led communication strategies. He ensures that transformation programmes are amplified through effective digital channels and provides technical support that keeps every engagement running smoothly.
Amanda brings over a decade of experience in client relationship management and customer success across financial services and technology environments. She partners with organisations to ensure service delivery is seamlessly aligned with client objectives, managing portfolios with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and long-term trust. With a strong background in CRM platforms, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration, Amanda bridges the gap between client needs and actionable outcomes — keeping every engagement on track and every stakeholder confident.
